There have been a lot of FAKE DocuSign Emails coming through the firewall to get your information or the company’s information.

These are legit email addresses. That is why the emails are coming through the firewall.

 PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK THE FROM EMAIL ADDRESS OF EVERY EMAIL YOU RECEIVE. IT WILL TELL YOU IF IT IS FAKE OR REAL.

ALL REAL DOCUSIGN EMAIL ADDRESSES HAVE DOCUSIGN.COM IN THE FROM EMAIL ADDRESS.

And if you hover over the VIEW INVOICE link, in the bottom left corner of your outlook or Zimbra it will show you where you are going if you click that link. The bad ones will take you to a Google Doc where the perpetrator wants your information.

Please check the email addresses and the link, without clicking it, to see where it takes you.
