What is the Voice of the Customer Program?>
The VOC Program is a process that’s all about listening, engaging and acknowledging our customers in order to maintain and build loyal customer advocates. The VOC Program gathers, evaluates, classifies and generates customer feedback Hot Alerts (HAs) for easy follow-up. The goal of the follow-up process is to prove to our customers that we’re listening and that we’re committed to their satisfaction.
Recently two of our very own here at Fairway Chevy were presented with awards for their dedication and outstanding achievement in the Voice of the Customer Program.
Both Barbara Bankler and Virginia Moten have launched the program dedicated to ensuring we keep our customers happy, engaged and loyal.
