We have had our first Artificial Intelligence (AI) phone call.
When you are getting a phone call, please look at the caller ID to make sure that it is a familiar phone number when the person starts talking to you.
We had an instance yesterday where a phone call came in from Minnesota but had the voice of one of our own managers from the dealership asking this person to do something for them. We get these in written from via email quite a bit but now it is happening on the phone.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND AWARE OF WHERE THE PHONE CALL IS COMING FROM AND IF YOU RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER (702 of 725 area code from one of the managers especially).
